Current Officers

Wayne May currently serves as the Captain of the Arson Unit for the Fort Worth Fire Department. Wayne has over 24 years of experience in the fire service. Wayne is an IAAI Certified Fire Investigator, holds a Master Peace Officer License and is a state certified polygraph examiner. 

Douglas Parks currently serves as the Fire Marshal for the City of Roanoke and has worked in the fire service for over 30 years. Doug has 18 years of experience as a fire/arson investigator and holds certifications as Master Firefighter, Master Arson Investigator, Master Fire Inspector, CFE, FEMT, and holds an AAS in Fire Protection Technology

  Ken Rawlinson currently serves as the Deputy Fire Chief/Fire Marshal for the Town of Trophy Club. Ken has over 17 years’ experience as a fire/arson investigator and holds certifications as a Master Firefighter, Master Arson Investigator, Master Fire Inspector, and Master Peace Officer. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Administration. 

David Butler currently serves as a Deputy Fire Marshal for the Tarrant County Fire Marshal’s Office.  David has 34 years of experience in the fire service. David holds certifications as an Advanced Firefighter, Advanced Fire Investigator, Advanced Fire Inspector, Hazardous Material Technician, and Advanced Peace Officer.

Josh Richards serves as a chaplain for the Briar-Reno Fire Department, Tarrant County Arson Task Force, and Parker County Sheriff's Office. Josh brings a unique perspective to his role as chaplain, providing spiritual guidance and support in times of need while also holding certifications through TCFP as a firefighter and is an EMT-B. He is equipped to provide emergency medical assistance and support in critical situations. 

Jessica Eiswald currently serves as a Senior Fire Investigator in the private sector and is a Reserve Deputy for Hood County. She has over 15 years in the fire service. Jessica holds certifications as Master Arson Investigator and Master Fire Inspector. She has been awarded Master Peace Officer and is an IAAI Certified Fire Investigator.
